Telephone support is available between Monday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, as this allows users from all North American time zones easy access to support.

Support is currently available in English and French.

To benefit from our support service you must meet one of the following criteria:
1. You are within the 90 day free implementation period which starts on the date you activate your copy of the software;
2. You are subscribed to our support and updates program;
3. You request support on a per case basis, for a fee of 75$US per case, payable by a major credit card or via PayPal.
